A few indications for Lymphatic Flow Therapy

Lymphatic Drainage is often recommended by holistic health practitioners and medical doctors.  It can be very helpful in eliminating toxic substance accumulation from bacteria, viruses, cancer recovery, excess proteins, dust, dyes, detoxification from environmental pollutants,  including residual vaccine ingredients.

One of the most significant indication is for allergies.  Those with immediate hypersensitivies can achieve significant improvement in their allergy symptoms, in particulatar eczema, dust allergies asthma.

The Lymphatic System is the immune system, therefore it is very strengthening to the entire constitution.

Stress, fatigue, immune building from infections, anti-inflammation, lymphatic edema, pre-post surgery, cancer prevention, post-cancer.

Fibromyalgia, fibrocystic  lumps, MS, auto-immune disorders.

Chronic depression and anxiety.  Insomnia

Prescription pain medication  prevention.

The following is the breakdown of the three main purposes of Lymphatic therapy.

1) Stimulation of body fluid circulation. It activates lymph function and lymph circulation. Indirectly stimulate the blood circulation of the Body.

2) Stimulation of the immune system: the passage of lymph in the lymph nodes stimulate the immune system  The stimulation of lymph circulation activate antigen/antibody presentation and immune reactions.

3) Nervous system: stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation effect, antispastic effects -- muscle tonus -- , etc). The constant stimulation of the C-fiber mechanoreceptors has inhibitory effects (analgesic -anti-pain-action).

I am alarmed at the rate of anxiety in the population, especially the youth. I would like to help prevent dependence of prescription psychiatric medications by teaching self regulation of the Autonomic Nervous System.

FAQ's

How can so light of pressure on the skin be effective?

The lymphatic vessels are accessible on the skin but too much weight just squishes them.  They must be streched very gently in order to coax open their valves whereby the lymphatic pumping is encouraged. In this way, the lymph fluid is speed up and the internal environment, from bones to skin, is power washed.
